Creating Reports using templates

Every report in Premium Content starts with one of three report types: Mention Report, Share of Voice, and Sentiment Analysis. Each type comes with its own set of templates, or you can build a report from scratch.

Mentions Report

Where are we showing up? Who's talking about us?

Template 1: My Mentions

This tracks your company, product name, brand (with the option to add related terms) over time (Week/Month/Quarter/Year) and can be grouped by firms, influencers, influencer groups.

Template 2: Influencer Identification

Discover who are your top most vocal influencers by tracking mention volume.

Share of Voice

How do we stack up against the competition?

Template 1: My SoV

This compares your visibility against up to eight competitors as a pie chart. The first row defaults to your own site name (you can edit it), and at least one competitor beyond your default entry is required.

Template 2: Content Channel SOV

This shows how a single entity's share of voice breaks down by content type, as a grouped bar chart. The breakdown is fixed to Content Type and can't be changed, but you can toggle "visualize over time" on for a trend or off for a point-in-time snapshot.

Template 3: Competitive Intelligence

This benchmarks your share of voice against up to eight competitors (defaults to your site name, with related terms supported per competitor), broken down by Content Type, Firm, Influencer, or Influencer Group

Sentiment Analysis

How are we perceived, and by whom?

Template 1: My Sentiment Analysis
This shows how a single entity you're measuring is perceived — Negative, Neutral, or Positive — with related terms supported. Break it down by Content Type, Firm, Influencer, or Influencer.

Template 2: Competitor Sentiment Analysis
This works like My SoV, but for sentiment: defaults to your site, up to eight competitors, with at least one additional required. Same breakdown options — Content Type, Firm, Influencer, or Influencer Group.
