Example AR workflows with the ARInsights connector

Copy-and-edit prompts for briefing prep, evaluations, events and more.

Copy a prompt, replace the [brackets] with your details, and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT with the ARchitect connector on. Each one gives you a strong first draft. Review it before you share.

Briefing prep

In ARchitect, I have a briefing with [Analyst] from [Firm] on [date]. Pull their influencer profile, our interactions with them over the past 12 months, and the insights attributed to them. Search Premium Content for their recent research on [topic]. Create a one-page prep doc: their coverage and point of view, key themes from past interactions, open follow-ups, and three recommended talking points. Cite the interactions and insights you used.

Tip: If your calendar and files are connected too, ask the assistant to use your exec's briefing template and the meeting details.

Evaluation prep

In ARchitect, we're targeting [report] from [Firm], with research kicking off around [date]. Find our interactions with [authors] over the past 18 months and insights attributed to them. Find the project for the last iteration of this report. Summarize how we engaged, flag any shifts in the authors' views, and recommend an interaction plan (type, timing, rationale) between now and kickoff.

Sentiment landscape

In ARchitect, look at insights from the past 12 months for the analysts at [Firm] who cover [company/market]. Classify each analyst as an advocate, skeptic or neutral. For each, show how many insights support the label, the main theme, and the most recent insight as an example. Present it as a table, then name the three analysts we should prioritize and why. Cite the insights you used.

Tip: Results are only as good as the insights you capture. Logging insights consistently makes this more accurate.

Coverage gap check

In ARchitect, find the analysts covering [topic]. Which haven't we had an interaction with in the past six months? Return a table with analyst, firm, date of our last interaction (or "none"), and any insights from them in the past year. Sort by longest gap and recommend the top five to re-engage.

Follow up with: "Now only Tier 1 analysts" or "Add their most recent research from Premium Content."

Event invite list

[Company] is holding a customer event in [city] on [date], and I can invite [number] analysts. In ARchitect, find [larger number] analysts to consider, located within 150 miles of [city]. Prioritize analysts on our "Tier 1" list, then other lists, then analysts we've had non-email interactions with in the past year, then others covering [topics]. Return a ranked table with the reason for each.

New firm investigation

I've been contacted by [name] from [firm], a firm I don't know well. In ARchitect, check for any interactions, insights or projects involving this firm and its analysts, and pull the analyst profiles we have. Then research the firm on the web. Tell me whether [firm] is relevant to [company], who the most relevant analysts are, and a recommended engagement approach. If it's worth a call, give me three questions to ask.

Tip: Ask "Which parts came from ARchitect?" to see what came from your data versus the web.

Weekly insights review

In ARchitect, review my analyst interactions from the past week, paying attention to the notes. Compare them with the insights already captured. Create a table of new insights I could add, with the analyst, firm and supporting note.

Remember: The connector is read-only, so add any new insights in ARchitect yourself.

Event intel

In ARchitect, review the analyst list "[Event] confirmed attendees" and the event agenda, speakers and executive attendees here: [link]. Our planned analyst sessions are [sessions with times]. Review each analyst's profile and our interactions from the past year. For each analyst, tell me: which sessions to attend; up to three executive or customer meetings to prioritize; whether they've attended [event] before and who they met with; red flags (messages they may push back on, negative sentiment, advice we haven't followed); and green flags (progress we'll show against their advice, our strongest advocates).

Interactions check-up

In ARchitect, review my engagement plan in the [planning project] and my interactions from the past week. If my calendar, email and call transcripts are connected, review those for the past week too. List: interactions to schedule, with topic, analyst, timing and urgency; interactions that happened but aren't in ARchitect; and interactions in ARchitect missing notes, insights or participants. For each one to add or update, draft the details I need to enter in ARchitect.

Remember: The connector is read-only, so enter or update interactions in ARchitect yourself.

Insights summary by audience

In ARchitect, collect insights from the past week. For each audience (sales, marketing, product, competitive intelligence, strategy), assess the implications of each insight on its own and alongside related insights. Place each one in a 2x2 of impact (high/low) and urgency (high/low). Write a short summary for each audience, starting with high impact and high urgency, then high urgency/low impact, then high impact/low urgency. Draft a message for each audience with its top three most urgent insights for my review.

AR plan and analyst tier review

In ARchitect, review my AR plan in the [AR Planning project], along with my interactions, analyst lists and insights. Recommend changes based on shifting analyst coverage, new analysts in my markets, and analysts who delivered more or less value than their tier suggests. Explain the evidence behind each recommendation.
