Briefing Books: New and Improved — What to Expect

Briefing Books has been redesigned from the ground up. If you've used the old influencer reports tool before, here's what's changed and what you can expect from the new experience.

What's new

One simple starting point. A single "Create Briefing Book" button starts every briefing—no more choosing between different report types.

Always tied to an upcoming meeting. Briefings are forward-looking by design. Every briefing is linked to a future interaction—either one you've already logged or one you can create on the fly during setup.

Built from template components. Each briefing is assembled from a defined set of sections. Where ARchitect has the data, it's auto-populated; where it doesn't, you write it. You can hide or reorder components to match how your executive likes to consume information.

AI does the heavy lifting. Analyst bios are filtered and supplemented for relevance, recent publications are narrowed to the most useful items, and a short "Refine with AI" step asks a few questions about your meeting so the generated content is tailored to your needs.

Up to 20 influencers per briefing. Select analysts individually or by group. All influencers must already exist in the system.

Auto-save, everywhere. Every section has its own embedded editor, and your edits save automatically. No manual save button, no lost work.
