Top 5 New Features in the Improved Premium Content

Premium Content has been rebuilt around five core capabilities. Here's what's new.

1. Search

A faster, more focused way to find content: keyword search, advanced filters, a cleaner card view, clickable previews, and a side panel for details. Save searches you run often so you're not rebuilding them every time.

2. Uploaded Content

Bring your own content into Premium Content. Upload a PDF or image-based file and it goes into an approval queue — any site admin can approve it. Once approved, it's fully searchable and reportable right alongside everything else, no more separate Articles tab.

3. Collections

Group content around a topic, market, or competitor and keep it organized over time. If coverage tracking is part of your workflow today, your existing coverages will be migrated into Collections for you.

4. Reports

Build reports from three core types — Mentions, Share of Voice, and Sentiment Analysis — or start fully custom with your own keywords, content types, date range, and firm filters. Kick off a report from wherever you're working: the Reports tab, search results, a Collection list, or a Collection detail page.

5. Reviews

Peer reviews from Gartner, G2, and PeerSpot now live inside Premium Content. Search by product name to see star ratings next to full review comments — a quick way to track sentiment or spot potential customer references.
