1. Go to any one of your interactions. If you are creating a new interaction, you must save the interaction before you can create an insight.
2. Highlight a portion of your text in your notes (optional) and click on the “New Insights” button located on the formatting tray.
3. A modal will appear to finish creating your insight. If you highlighted any text, they should be automatically populated into your notes for the Insight. Record your insight, sentiment score, category and influencer if applicable.
4. Click save. Your insight should appear at the top of the right handrail of the interaction edit page.
