From Search to Reporting

Track where your firm is being mentioned across the web — blogs, quotes, and social — by running a search, saving it as a collection, and generating a shareable report. This video covers the full workflow in three steps: Search, Collect, and Report.

Step 1: Search for Mentions

  1. Go to Content Search in ARchitect.

  2. Set your date range (e.g., This Year, or a custom range).

  3. Enter your keyword (typically your firm name) in the search field.

  4. Narrow your results using the filters:

    • Content type — Blog, Quote, etc.

    • Source — Uploaded Content, and any other relevant sources

  5. Click Search.

Refine with Advanced Search

For more precise results:

  1. Click Advanced Search.

  2. Enter your keyword in the advanced search field and click Submit Search.

  3. Apply additional filters as needed:

    • Content type — Quote, Blog, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn

    • Select Firms or Influencers to narrow down the data source for reporting

Advanced Search is useful when your keyword is common and you need to layer in platform or content-type filters to cut down noise.

Step 2: Save Results to a Collection

Collections let you group mentions so they're ready to report on.

  1. From your search results, click Create Collection.

  2. Name the collection (e.g., "[Firm Name] – Mentions [Year]").

  3. Save the collection.

  4. Click Back to Collections to confirm it was created.

Step 3: Generate and Export the Report

  1. From your collection, click Create Report.

  2. Select the Share of Voice report type.

  3. Name the report (e.g., "[Firm Name] – Mentions Report [Year]").

  4. Under Step 2: Create Reporting Groups, open the breakdown category menu and select Firm as the breakdown category.

  5. Click Finish and Generate Report.

Export the Data

Once your report is generated:

  1. Open the chart options menu.

  2. Select View data table.

  3. Open the table export menu.

  4. Click Export as Excel.

  5. Choose All Data to include the full dataset in your export.

You'll now have a clean, shareable Excel report of all mentions, broken down by firm.
